fill-in 1,2 .. 10 (email can't be prefilled)

copy link and paste it to the column B3 on the sheet forms
go to insert column in the data sheet and pick Insert form from the Menu

# fill in or copy your data and click on insert
# submit
# new row with Timestamp will be created and the Edit link
# you can delete the source line without Timestamp
